Ascalis is an established and highly experienced partner in the operational real estate sector. Our multi-disciplinary expertise and wide-ranging knowledge enable us to identify the potential offered by commercial properties (existing buildings and sites), and to determine and process effective implementation strategies in a professional and comprehensive manner.
Our work focuses on transaction management and the development and implementation of sustainable utilisation and construction concepts. We aim to optimise the market positioning of even the most challenging properties and open up perspectives for either a long-term hold or a short-term sale.
Our clients and partners include both institutional and private investors and owner-occupiers from the non-real estate sector. We are also happy to participate in particularly promising projects as a co-investor.
FOCUSED.
Our clear focus on specific real estate segments and regional markets has given us a detailed understanding of the product, extensive market knowledge and reliable networks. Our activities tend to concentrate on:
- office buildings and office and retail properties
- residential and commercial properties (generating the majority of rent from commercial lettings)
- neighbourhood and convenience retail centres and
- light industrial properties, i.e. business and manufacturing premises with an emphasis on trades and production
Our geographical focus is Berlin and the eastern states, but Ascalis is also active across the whole of Germany.
